Challenges

Life gives us challenges at every level. At the age of 1, life challenges you to crawl and once that’s done, there is a challenge to stand, to walk, to run and every stage welcomes us with a new challenge ahead.

Whatever happens, we cannot predict why it happens! This is the biggest mystery in life. We would have loved someone with all our will but it would not have ended up in wedding due to some reason or the other. We would have undergone the pain of love and finally settled with another person.

Work keeps us busy in life and there are everyday challenges at work. You don’t understand things like how are they being done, what is being done, whom to contact for the queries, why there is no clarity, etc..etc.. When we have got adjusted to all this, we might face new challenge like deadlines, to which we give our whole self, not for the aim to get appreciated but for the love of work! After a challenging project, you would be assigned to another challenging project!

But, do we know how long will we be allowed to work? Due to some reason or the other, we may have to stop doing what we are doing. For example, a woman may need bed rest to conceive and that might stop her from working or a man could not face the politics that workplace offers and due to frustration, he might shift jobs! Life again continues with new work, new environment, etc…

The path of life has more twists and turns and only after reaching the destination, we can look back and see the way we have taken, so far.

So, whatever happens in life, simply accept it. Do not feel frustrated or stressed. After all, everything needs to be experienced.

There is a story when someone like me wanted to know if God ever helped man! So, this person X, had a chat with God and was asking why God did not come and help him in all the bad things he had faced. God let him talk and finally smiled at him and said, “ My child, how did you know I was not there with you?” The man said, coz, you let me face everything alone, you never gave me a support in any form when I had to face the agony and I had to experience all that just because you refused to help me! If this is the case, why did you ever create me? I love and trust you more than myself and need you at every point in life. But on experiencing all bad things, I lose my faith if you are ever here!

God again said, “Good, that you understood that you had to experience all the bad things, and you know what those experiences are – ME, I am the experience.

I will never let you down and I will not give any of my creations, any challenge that they cannot handle! So, be bold and trust that I am with you always and whatever happens in life, hold on to me faster and tighter than before and I shall take you forward. I have created you with such love and affection and how can you ever imagine that I would leave you half way?”
