Healthy tips to lose weight
I have learnt this out of my experience and now I look slim,healthy and beautiful, again!
1. Happily accept the challenge if people say you cannot lose weight - It gives pleasure to do things which people say, u can't!!.
2. First thing in the morning, have a spoonful(10mg) of soaked fenugreek seeds soaked overnight.
3. Do not skip breakfast; Eat well - Let it be a proper diet comprosing of rice, cereals, vegetables, etc..
4. Replace curd with buttermilk.
5. Have 2 glasses of milk in a day, one as milk and other as tea or some other drink other than caffeine.
6. Avoid rice totally in the nights. Have oats.
7. Instead of biscuits in the evenings, have a fruit.
8. Drink atleast 2 litres of water.
9. Exercise everyday for 20 minutes.
10. Walk for minimum of 30 minutes a day.
After a month's time, u will be 3 kgs less than what you started with!!

drink warm water instead cold/plain water, which in turn helps reducing the fat content in the body..
