New year Resolution


Its that time of the year again, when we are ready to set our new year resolutions.
We think over what has happened to last year’s resolutions, what went right and which ones were lost?

Some simple changes in our life style would give us a big advantage for another 365 days!

·         Weight loss – Give yourself a pat on the back, if you have maintained the same weight!Losing weight is tough but maintaining the same is tougher, to stay controlled in parties and daring to   say NO when we actually want to say YES!
·         Don’t waste food – Whenever you sit to eat, take all you want and eat all you take!(This was a food conservation slogan used in the United States armed forces in 1943, during World War II.)

·         Clean off your wardrobe – If a dress is unused for 3 months, you would never use it again! So, make space for new ones by discarding the unused ones. Double advantage is you can decide what you need to shop for and your old dresses will find a new home.

·         Start walking – Its tough to get up in the morning, saying bye to the cozy bed but if you start walking for 3 days, the body would adjust to the routine!

·         Read – Turn off the TV and read something before you get to bed just for 20 minutes.

·         Go in for medical check up - This would make lives easy for our loved ones!

·         Live and Let live – Don’t give free advice and barge in other people’s spaces.

·         Stay happy – Don’t give the remote of your life to someone else and do what you love and love what you do!

·         Take a new resolution that we shall stick to all the resolutions taken
